Giant Pumpkins are weighed to find the largest. Pumpkins are placed on a Pumpkin Patch Trailer to be pulled in the Parade and be on display through-out the Fair.
Horses are weighed in Preparation for Horse Pull
Parade Steps off at 10 AM sharp traveling North on Main St. Lead by Color Guard from Chicopee High School and BHS marching band . Find your spot early to enjoy the many marchers ,floats, antique cars, tractors and Shriners.
Teams of draft horses compete in an elimination contest pulling a "stone boat". In 2025 top weight drawn was 13,500lbs. The crowd gathers to cheer their favorite teams on.
Giant pumpkins on display in front of Exhibit Hall. Last years's winner came in at 400 pounds grown by Michael Vinsh. All pumpkins are displayed on a trailer in front of the Exhibit Hall.

Teams of oxen compete in specific weight classes to determine the team that works the best together to complete a 6 foot pull of increasing weights. Last year many teams competed in 4 separate classes pulling well over 11,000 lbs. [...]

Visit the Agricultural Tent to see how kinds of feathered friends. Judging is on going in showmanship and breed categories. In 2024 there were more than 100 chickens on diplay.Coordinated by Belchertown Fantastic Farmers 4 H Club.
Visit the 4H Tent to enjooy the Petting Zoo as well as many childrens activities.
All vendors and Midway are closed. Help is always welcome to pick up and pack it all away till next year.
