During this time of the year the website is in transition as we share this years news and begin planning for next year. Come back often.
We are a community fair that celebrates our agricultural roots as well as our active growing community. We offer a wide variety of family friendly activity through out the weekend. We are proud to be able to continue to say most activities are free. The Fair is coordinated by a town appointed group of volunteers who work with community volunteers, town departments and sponsors to make this the biggest community event of each year. There are approximately 35-38,000 visitors a year who agree with us. Thanks to all those who help make this possible. During the year the website information is updated regularly as we begin planning. The theme for this years fair is currently being determined. The website will be updated as information becomes available. Please check the areas of your interest frequently to see the most current information. Vendor applications will be posted by March 15,2025.

THE THEME OF 166th FAIR IS:
“Shake,Cattle and Roll”
The Belchertown Fair has strong agricultural roots and has been at the center of its social and geographic history.
There are special theme awards in the Parade, vendor booths and Exhibit Hall. It is fun to see how people interpret the theme every year. What does it mean to you? Put your thinking cap on if you are a participant. If you are a visitor, we look forward to showing off the Belchertown Farming Community.
